This role will foster creativity, logical thinking, and problem-solving through coding, robotics, artificial intelligence, and wider emerging technologies.

The role will explore how emerging technologies – including artificial intelligence – alongside engineering, design thinking, and creative technologies can enhance teaching, deepen understanding, and prepare pupils for a rapidly changing world. Combining strategic leadership with a teaching commitment, the Director will ensure that innovation is firmly grounded in excellent classroom practice.

Working closely with the Headmaster and Senior Leadership Team, the Director will help ensure that Aberdour remains at the forefront of thoughtful, age-appropriate, and sector-leading educational practice and technology.

Aberdour School are seeking to appoint a full-time Nurse (term time only) to join our dedicated and hardworking team in September 2026.

We are looking for a patient and nurturing registered Nurse to provide the first point of contact for any nursing treatment, including First Aid to children and/or staff and to act as ‘first responder’ in a medical emergency.  This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30.
